RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition, and include all original packaging.
Exchanges: Need a different size or style? No problem! We accept exchanges within 14 days, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
